Case Study 1
Channel 4 Television, Victoria. – Replacement Chillers

• The replacement of 6 no. 600kw Chillers and associated pipe work and controls. 1 x 6m Satellite dish and structural support steel work.
• Phased installation to maintain critical areas at all times.
• The project lasted 7 months with 10 road closures and Crane lifts.

Case Study 2
INVESCO, Henley on Thames.

• Install new high efficiency fully modulating gas fired Boilers were installed to replace existing, in 3 office Buildings on the site, 12 new boilers in total along with associated pipe work and control gear.
• Heating was required at all times, so one Boiler had to be kept operational.
• The new Boilers were lifted to the roof in sections by a crane and assembled in position.
• Pipe work, Flues and power had to be modified to suit the new layout.
• The Building management system was re-programmed to suit the new Boilers.

Case Study 3
Coca Cola, Sidcup - Heat Extraction System

The Coca Cola extract Project below, was designed and installed by Kent Kraft to Extract hot process air from the main production floor to exhaust outside, with an option to divert the hot air to another process area that required heat, thus giving overall energy saving. The Project involved long duct runs of up to 1200mm diameter duct, with multiple fans and dampers.
